My Experience with BMR
I have been on this spiritual journey for a little over 10 years. BMR and becoming certified in BMR was a breakthrough healing experience for me. BMR had allowed myself and countless others to create a connection of body, mind and spirit while encouraging ourselves to go from frozen to a fluid state. I have experienced being stuck in the past and hardened by trauma, overwhelm, and just everyday stressors. We build Body Amour and some of us carry that with us for the rest of our lives. This can initiate dis-ease in our bodies that can attribute to difficulties in life, living guarded, and not being able to embrace our full potential as light beings. How it works
Once an appointment is scheduled we will have a consultation at the beginning of the appointment to create a healing journey that works best for you. BMR is a slow paced stretching mechanism that also incudes levels of energy work. The session Is guided by your own intuitive process and how far you allow the healing session to go.
